Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a node in a multi-hop network may receive a configuration that indicates a first set of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) resources dedicated to PDCCH monitoring by the node, a second set of PDCCH resources dedicated to PDCCH transmission by the node, and a third set of PDCCH resources permitted to be configured for either PDCCH monitoring by the node or PDCCH transmission by the node. The node in a multi-hop network may configure a resource of the third set of PDCCH resources for one of PDCCH monitoring or neither PDCCH monitoring nor PDCCH transmission based at least in part on an initial state associated with the resource.
