The microcavity structure can modulate a spectrum of light emitted by the light emitting layer in the first viewing angle range; the external microcavity structure can modulate a spectrum of light emitted by the light emitting element in the second viewing angle range; and the second viewing angle range is greater than the first viewing angle range.
