The first substrate includes a first wiring provided under the pad and the pad includes an organic insulation film provided so as to cover the first wiring and a transparent conductive film provided over the organic insulation film. The transparent conductive film includes a first transparent conductive film provided over the organic insulation film and a second transparent conductive film connected to the first transparent conductive film. The first transparent conductive film is provided so as to avoid an upper part of the first wiring in a plan view and the second transparent conductive film is provided so as to cover the first wiring and the first transparent conductive film in a plan view.
