At least one of the pixels includes a first conductive layer over a substrate, a first organic insulating layer including a first opening exposing a portion of the first conductive layer, a first inorganic insulating layer over the first organic insulating layer and including a second opening exposing the portion of the first conductive layer exposed through the first opening, and a second conductive layer on the first inorganic insulating layer and contacting the portion of the first conductive layer exposed through the first opening and the second opening.
