In some embodiments, the outer jacket may include a channel opening and the printed circuit board may be configured to be positioned within the channel opening and between the cable and the outer jacket. In some embodiments, the cable assembly may include an inner jacket, an outer jacket, a printed circuit board including light emitting diodes, and a cable configured to transmit information. The inner jacket may include a channel opening, and the printer circuit board may be configured to be positioned within the channel opening and between the inner jacket and the outer jacket.
