In the method, user equipment (UE) receives SRS resource configuration information sent by a base station. The UE receives downlink control information (DCI) sent by the base station. The UE sends an SRS in a determined slot and symbol, where the determined symbol is determined by the UE based on the SRS resource configuration information.
