Light enters a lens group after being reflected, where a direction of an optical axis of the lens group is different from a thickness direction of the photographing device to eliminate a limitation of a length of the direction of the optical axis of the lens group on a thickness of the photographing device, and implement thinness of the photographing device. A translation motor and an axis-moving motor are disposed on a holder of the lens actuating apparatus to implement focusing and anti-shake of the periscope lens module including an optical component and the lens actuating apparatus. The translation motor and the axis-moving motor are independent of each other.
