A minimum distance between a topmost surface of the first section and the substrate is greater than a minimum distance between a topmost surface of the second conductive connecting structure and the substrate, and a minimum distance between a topmost surface of the second section and the substrate is greater than a minimum distance between a topmost surface of the first conductive connecting structure and the substrate.
