The movable part moves relative to the fixed part and holds an optical element with an optical axis. The driving assembly drives the movable part to move relative to the fixed part. The bottom includes a base and an embedded assembly. A portion of the embedded assembly is embedded in the base. The embedded assembly includes a circuit member and a strengthening frame with a plate structure. The strengthening frame includes a perforation. The optical axis passes through the perforation.
