The signal transmission wiring layer includes a plurality of signal transmission lines extending in a row direction or a column direction, at least one of which is electrically connected with a corresponding one of the touch units and electrically insulated from the rest of the touch units in an extending direction thereof. At least a portion of an orthographic projection of the signal transmission line in a plane where the self-capacitance touch panel is located is misaligned with an orthographic projection of each of the touch lines of the touch units electrically insulated from the signal transmission line in the plane.
