Each of the touch units includes a first electrode extending along a first extending direction and a second electrode extending along a second extending direction. The first electrode includes two of first touch electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each of the first touch electrodes has a first deviation amount in the second extending direction. The second electrode includes two of second touch electrodes electrically connected to each other. Each of the second touch electrodes has a second deviation amount in the first extending direction. The two of the second touch electrodes and the two of the first touch electrodes have four overlapping points.
