The second yarns (32a) are arranged, at least partially, on the elastic body (15), and/or the second yarns (32a) are arranged to a depth of equal to or less than 2 mm, measured from the outer surface (15a) of the elastic body to a bottom (32a-i) of the second yarn (32a) in a depth direction of the belt.
