Specifically, the method comprises a step of monitoring wireless resource reconfiguration control information on a number of sub-frames within a set monitoring cycle in order to reconfigure wireless resources, wherein a first uplink-downlink setting in accordance with wireless resource reconfiguration control information is valid only if equally detected on a number of sub-frames, and wherein a number of sub-frames are sub-frames set to monitor wireless resource reconfiguration control information of a terminal.
