The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The black matrix includes a plurality of first parts and a second part. One of the plurality of first parts extends along the first direction and corresponds to one of the plurality of the scan lines. The second part is connected to the one of the plurality of first parts and extends along a second direction. A thickness of the second part is varied along the second direction.
