The two-way pumping device includes a vessel, a body portion including first and second chambers for storing a liquid, a suction pipe extending to the outside of the body portion, a first bearing for opening and closing the suction pipe, a pump portion including a head portion protruding outside the body portion, a first piston slidably moving in the first chamber, a second piston slidably moving in the second chamber, a first discharge portion that discharges a fluid in the first chamber to the outside, a second discharge portion that discharges a fluid in the second chamber to the outside, a spring that applies an elastic restoring force to the pump portion, and a suction portion capable of causing a liquid to flow into the second chamber.
