Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a communication technique for convergence between an IoT technology and a 5G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rate beyond a 4G system, and a system thereof. The disclosure may be applied to intelligence services (e.g., smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail businesses, security and safety related services, etc.) based on a 5G communication system and an IoT related technology. In addition, the disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting or receiving an uplink data channel in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the disclosure relates to a method for transmitting or receiving an uplink data channel in an unlicensed band. More specifically, the disclosure proposes a method determining, based on an uplink data channel transmission method by which a terminal received or configured by a base station, a channel access procedure scheme and uplink data channel transmission.
