The connection assembly includes a first spherical cavity, a ball connecting rod, and a second spherical cavity. Spherical members at two ends of the ball connecting rod are accommodated within the first spherical cavity and the second spherical cavity, respectively. The neck and shoulder massaging mechanism has characteristics of a simple structure and large eccentric oscillating amplitude.
