The device has a first end, a second end, and an elongate portion joining the first and second ends. The elongate portion has a storage compartment configured to store a removable pipe. The first end creates an interference fit between the insert storage device and the generally cylindrical passage, and the second end has a separate storage compartment with a movable cap that provides access.
