The covering layer includes a first covering sub-layer and a second covering sub-layer, the first covering sub-layer is located on the side of the color conversion layer away from the base substrate, the second covering sub-layer is located on a side of the first covering sub-layer away from the base substrate, and a material of the first covering sub-layer is different from a material of the second covering sub-layer.
