The controlled area is subdivided into an accessible area that can be accessed when the line is working, and an alarm area. The detection system is adapted to distinguish between the presence of an individual in the accessible area and the presence of an individual in the alarm area. The detection system is connected to a control unit adapted to intervene on the operation of the converting section based on information provided by the detection system.
