The tape member includes a mixture of a first fiber having a melting point and a second fiber having a melting point lower than the melting point of the first fiber. The first fiber has the melting point higher than an extrusion molding temperature of the outer sheath, and the second fiber has the melting point lower than the extrusion molding temperature of the outer sheath.
