The method comprises: receiving downlink control information from an access network device; receiving a data channel scheduled by the downlink control information; determining an uplink time unit to send feedback information corresponding to the data channel; determining a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for the feedback information according to resource indication information, wherein the first PUCCH resource is a part of a second PUCCH resource that is included in a second PUCCH resource set, and wherein the second PUCCH resource is indicated by the resource indication information, which raises resource utilization.
