The method comprises: receiving a synchronization signal block (SSB) from an initiating device; and receiving a downlink signal from the initiating device, wherein the SSB is periodically transmitted in every Nth fixed frame period, the N is an integer equal to or greater than 1, and transmission of the SSB is started at the first time resource included in the every Nth fixed frame period.
