The present disclosure relates to a rear housing of a display device comprising a first portion corresponding to a first region of a backboard of the display device and a second portion corresponding to a second region of the backboard of the display device; the first portion comprises a top wall which circumferentially surrounds an annular side wall having a notch, and the side wall is provided with a terminal hole corresponding to a connection terminal on a mainboard of the display device; the second portion is provided on a notch side of the first portion, and the second portion comprises a central portion corresponding to the notch of the first portion, and side portions on opposite sides of the central portion, the central portion is provided with a connection wall covering the notch, and the connection wall is provided with a terminal hole corresponding to a connection terminal on the mainboard of the display device.
