A right swivel leg is swivel connected to the upper frame at a right swivel joint. The right swivel leg is configured to rotate about the upper frame. A left swivel leg is swivel connected to the upper frame at a left swivel joint. The left swivel and is configured to rotate about the upper frame. The right swivel leg and the left swivel leg swivel between a deployed mode where they are parallel to each other and oriented in the same direction, and a folded mode where they are also parallel to each other but oriented in opposite directions.
