The apparatus determines a priority level associated with channels that are scheduled to collide with each other. The apparatus transmits or receives a channel having a highest priority between the channels that are scheduled to collide with each other. The channel comprises at least one of an UL transmission, a DL reception, an SL transmission, or an SL reception. The apparatus enables simultaneous reception or transmission of the channel using a FD operation based on at least one condition.
