Abstract:
A hybrid large-area pressure sensor with a capacitive sensor and a resistive sensor integrated thereinto. The sensor includes a first electrode pattern, a second electrode pattern spaced apart from the first electrode pattern by a predetermined distance, a third electrode pattern spaced apart from the second electrode pattern by a predetermined distance, and a controller, wherein a part of the first electrode pattern, a predetermined unit area of the second electrode pattern, and a predetermined unit area of the third electrode pattern form a single unit sensing cell, a change in distance between the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern causes a change in the capacitance of the second electrode pattern, a contact between the second electrode pattern and the third electrode pattern causes a change in the resistance of the second electrode pattern.
