The plurality of touch electrodes have mesh structure to surround the emission area. At least one of the touch electrodes includes a first electrode portion extending in a first direction, a second electrode portion extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a third electrode portion at an intersection of the first and second electrode portions. A width of the third electrode portion increases from the first electrode portion to a center portion of the third electrode.
