Abstract:
A touch-control display panel and a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus, which relate to the technical field of display. The touch-control display panel comprises a base substrate (100), a display device layer (200) and a touch-control functional layer (300), which are sequentially stacked. The touch-control functional layer (300) comprises an inorganic dielectric layer (301) and an organic protective layer (315) that are sequentially arranged on the display device layer (200) in a stacked manner, wherein the orthographic projection of at least part of the edge of the inorganic dielectric layer (301) on the base substrate (100) is located within the orthographic projection of the organic protective layer (315) on the base substrate (100). The touch-control display panel has a better preparation yield.
