The server comprises: a transceiver; and a processor for controlling the transceiver wherein the processor may perform the steps of: receiving channel state information regarding a wireless channel between the TCU and the base station; determining an available data rate for a combination of a plurality of transmission beams of the base station and a plurality of reception beams of the TCU; receiving a data request message of the TCU; determining a first transmission beam to be used for transmission of first data; and transmitting the first data and information regarding the first transmission beam.
