A first node receives a first signaling; the first signaling is used to indicate a first priority, a first parameter and a first radio resource block; the first parameter is used to indicate whether the first radio resource block is to be reserved for an initial transmission; and the first priority and the first parameter are jointly used to determine whether the first radio resource block can be occupied. The present disclosure improves the success rate of correct reception of retransmitted data, thereby ensuring the requests for delay in sidelink transmission.
