The drum body 1c has the opening portions id formed on both sides facing each other and a plurality of tablet cassettes 1a are arranged detachably on the outer circumferential surface of the drum body 1. A plurality of tablets cassettes 1a are also arranged detachably on the circumferential surfaces of the auxiliary drums 1e.
