The present invention provides a cleaning composition which has a superior cleaning power, bactericidal power and the like, and which is highly safe. The present invention relates to a cleaning composition which is characterized in that this composition is formed by adding a soap to a mixture containing a silicic acid compound, an aluminum compound and water, or a solution of such a mixture.
