At least one real model (1-3) is compared with at least one reference model (8) of at least one technological reference process and from said comparison of at least one real model (1-3) with at least one reference model (8) and/or from the comparison of at least two real models (1-3) with each other, at least one evaluation of the real technological process is derived. The above permits a comprehensive remote monitoring of said technological process.
