The apparatus includes a bottom supporting surface having opposing front and rear edges and opposing first and second side edges. A first wall is included that is upstanding from the rear edge of the bottom supporting surface and substantially extends between the opposing first and second side edges of the bottom supporting surface. A second wall is upstanding from the bottom surface and at a location intermediate the first wall and the front edge of the bottom supporting surface.
