When a voltage of null50 V is applied to the electrode 7a, 0 V to 7b and null50 V to 7c, the white particles move to the electrode 7a, the black particles move to the electrode 7b, and black can be viewed. When a voltage of null50 V is applied to the electrode 7a, 0 V to 7b and null50 V to 7c, the black particles move to the electrode 7c, the white particles move to the electrode 7b, and white can be viewed.
