The information processing apparatus also comprises a first user interface to detect an event representing a request to adjust a sizing of content displayed within the display area, a second user interface to receive data indicating a position of a pointer when the first user interface detects the event, and a control unit configured to adjust the sizing of the content in response to detection of the event by the first user interface in the case that the pointer's position that the second user interface receives is in the display area, regardless of whether the display area is active or inactive.
