Moreover the invention provides a system and method of use for allowing conferencing between a seller and an agent, evaluating the seller's goods, conducting negotiations between the seller and the agent to structure an agreement for the agent to sell the seller's goods through a network auction to a buyer, shipping of seller's goods to an interim holding location, selling of seller's goods by the agent through a network auction to a buyer, shipping the goods from the interim holding location to the buyer, and completing a financial transaction between the seller and the buyer through the agent.
