When the user is at the client end and is linked to the web page of the video selection database via the Internet, the user selects M video channels from the N video channels and views M continuously fetched videos of the M selected video channels. The video selection and fee counter obtains video viewing fee, wherein M is a positive integer smaller than or equal to N.
