A controller may control delivery of one or more drugs, timing of drug administration, or change drug regimens in response to a changing medical condition of a patient or information received from other nodes in a healthcare system. In a healthcare system, smart devices coupled to healthcare nodes can be in communication with the controller for controlling the administration of bioactive compositions from the jet dispenser.
