The method comprises the steps of displaying status indicators of respective audio (speech) stream chunks received and text information thereof on a GUI display and establishing the tagging between each audio stream chunk and the corresponding text information by dragging and dropping the status signs of the respective speech stream chunks onto the corresponding text information on the GUI, such that the speech stream, the text information and the corresponding tagging relation form voice tagged meeting minutes.
