The step for removing impurity particles from the fused and crushed powder includes at least one of acid cleaning of the fused and crushed powder to remove metallic impurity particles from the fused and crushed powder, magnetic separation of the fused and crushed powder to remove magnetic impurity particles from the fused and crushed powder, and calcining of the fused and crushed powder to remove carbon based impurity particles from the fused and crushed powder.
