An oxygen absorber of the present invention includes at least one compound represented by Formula (1): and an oxidizable polymer. R1 and R2 each independently indicates a hydrogen atom or an organic group. R1 and R2 may form a ring together with carbon atoms to which they are bonded. R1 and/or R2 may form a carbon-carbon double bond with carbon atoms to which they are bonded.
