In the apparatus and method, a character agent function is added to a wireless terminal. When an event is generated in the wireless terminal, the generation and processing of the event is expressed by means of a corresponding avatar UI. Accordingly, when schedule-related events are generated, it is possible to express the events through the character agent function.
