By executing an ordering program which causes a computer to work as process sequence storage unit 15c, display item setting unit 15d, order-screen creating unit 15f, order history information storing unit 15i, and display mode changing unit 15j, an ordering screen displays only items that were selected in previous steps and items that are set according to the result of previous selections and selectable in the current step. Further, the screen shows preset options or options recommended in reference to order history information. Therefore, the operator can place orders just by selecting options on the screen even the operator is unaccustomed to the terminal.
