A polymer composition includes a rubber modified aromatic vinyl resin and an oxaphosphorane compound. In some embodiments, the oxaphosphorane compound is able to impart good flame retardancy to the composition, while maintaining a good balance of the other physical and mechanical properties of the resin including Vicat Softening Temperature and impact strength.
