A sealing member is arranged to form a sealing region for shielding the self-emitting devices from the air, between the sealing member and the substrate. A sipe is provided at a portion beside an outermost self-emitting device arranged at an outermost part in the array such that the sipe is positioned closer to an edge of the substrate than the outermost self-emitting device is. The sipe has a depth in a direction of a thickness of the insulating film to divide the insulating film.
