By utilizing the present mold, the problems of efficient cooling and attachment of back frame are solved, more concretely, a variety of problems such as cutting processing loss of copper or a copper alloy plate, a large amount of processing time, heat distortion and heat deterioration of a copper plate and the like can be solved, and the reliability concerning with the welding position precision and the welding strength of stud bolt can be improved.
