The carrying-case includes a base member, a cover member configured to pivot relative to the base member about an axis of rotation between a range of open positions and a closed position in which the cover member engages the base member, and a launching unit operatively coupled to the base member at an end region generally distal the axis of rotation. The launching unit is configured to engage the projectile, pivotally bias the projectile from the stowed position to a launch position, and launch the projectile.
