In certain embodiments, the organic ammonium salt has structure (I) wherein R1-R4 are independently at each occurrence a C1-C20 aliphatic radical, a C3-C20 cycloaliphatic radical, or a C3-C20 aromatic radical is disclosed and wherein X+ is selected from the group consisting of monovalent inorganic anions, monovalent organic anions, polyvalent inorganic anions, polyvalent organic anions, and mixtures thereof.
